Diclomate SP from Astemax Biotech is a combination tablet of diclofenac and serratiopeptidase, used for pain relief and reducing inflammation with enhanced tissue repair.
Composition and Mechanism
Typically contains diclofenac 50 mg (an NSAID that inhibits COX enzymes to block prostaglandin synthesis, reducing pain, fever, and swelling) and serratiopeptidase 10-15 mg (a proteolytic enzyme from silkworm bacteria that breaks down dead tissue, fibrin, and inflammatory proteins at injury sites, accelerating healing without affecting live tissue).
