Composition and Mechanism
Aceclofenac 100 mg: NSAID that inhibits COX-1/2 enzymes, reducing prostaglandin-mediated inflammation and pain.
Paracetamol 325 mg: Analgesic/antipyretic that acts centrally to block pain signals and lower fever.
Chlorzoxazone 250 mg: Centrally acting muscle relaxant that depresses spinal polysynaptic reflexes, easing muscle spasms without significant sedation.

Dosage and Precautions
